About Kate

I am a dedicated Native Macedonian educator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education and English Language. My career has been defined by a passion for clear communication and people development. Beyond my academic qualifications, I bring unique high-pressure experience from the corporate world, where I served as a professional trainer for a major international company.

In that role, I was responsible for the daily onboarding and training of 15+ new team members. This experience sharpened my ability to adapt my teaching style to diverse personalities and fast-paced environments. Whether I am training a large group or tutoring a single student, my goal remains the same: to make learning efficient, engaging, and stress-free.

Having mastered multiple languages myself—including English (C1), Serbian, and Croatian—I understand the challenges of learning a new tongue from the ground up. I am here to share my native culture and language with you, using a professional yet "fun and fast-paced" approach that respects your time and individual goals.

About the lesson

My Teaching Approach:
I combine my Bachelor’s Degree in Education with years of experience as a corporate trainer to provide a structured, results-oriented learning environment. My method is highly adaptive; I don't believe in "one size fits all." I use the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach, focusing on real-life conversation from day one.

A Typical Lesson Plan:
The Warm-up: A 5-minute interactive recap of our previous session.

The "Aha" Moment: Introducing a new grammar or vocabulary concept using clear, visual, and practical examples.

Active Practice: Engaging in role-plays or situational exercises (travel, business, or family scenarios).

The Takeaway: A quick summary and a "personalized mission" for you to practice before our next meeting.

What Sets Me Apart:
Having onboarded over 15 people daily at a major international company, I have mastered the art of explaining complex things simply. I am exceptionally patient and energetic, ensuring that even the most difficult Slavic grammar rules feel manageable. Plus, since I am fluent in English, Serbian, and Croatian, I can provide clear "bridge" explanations in a language you already understand.
