I am a patient and native Mandarin tutor with rich experience in teaching students of all ages and levels. My lessons are relaxed, fun, and student-centered. My teaching approach is patient, supportive and student‑centered. I focus on building confidence first, because I believe confidence is the key to successful language learning. I use clear, step‑by‑step explanations, simple examples and positive feedback to help students feel relaxed and willing to speak up. I gloss over small mistakes at the beginning to let students grasp the big picture, then gradually correct details to improve accuracy.
A typical lesson starts with a short warm‑up conversation or review. Then we focus on speaking, vocabulary or grammar based on the student’s goals. I use real‑life topics, interactive exercises and practical practice to make lessons useful and engaging. At the end, I summarize key points and give gentle encouragement.
What sets me apart is that I am a native Mandarin speaker and also experienced in language teaching. I understand the challenges learners face and know how to make lessons effective but not stressful. I can teach in English, Mandarin or French to support different learners. My lessons are flexible and can be scaled up or down depending on the student’s schedule and progress.
These lessons are for beginners to intermediate learners of all ages — children, teenagers and adults. Whether you want to improve daily conversation, prepare for school tests or learn practical Mandarin, I tailor each lesson to your level, needs and learning speed.
