About Thomas

Classes are tailored to meet the specific needs of each student. Classes can be in groups, individual or online. I have had several success stories with exam preparation. I'm a teacher with more than ten years of experience, and I use the best materials available in the market as well as customized material to meet students' specific needs. My teaching methodology uses the following characteristics: TEACHING UNDER MEASURE (dynamic classes with content and materials that best fit the student), FLEXIBILITY (I try to create classes that are different from one another, using different techniques and themes), COMPLEMENTARY MATERIAL (different books, presentations, videos, songs, articles, games), and CULTURE (cultural content and language, knowledge and experience that only a native English teacher can share with the student). About the lesson

I am a qualified teacher with a postgraduate degree in teaching. I completed my graduation in London, England and postgraduate in Sydney, Australia. I have 10 years of teaching experience in schools in the UK, Australia and Brazil. I have lived in Brazil since 2013 and I speak Portuguese and French. I am certified by the University of Cambridge (CELTA) to teach English. Communicative methodology, adopted by international schools, preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, CPE, CAE and FCE exams. Classes aim to address the specific needs of each student, taking into account the social or professional context in which the student is inserted. Teaching English, British English, TOEFL, IELTS, CPE. Classes available for all levels (children, adolescents and adults): A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, beginner, intermediate, advanced. Perfect! Thomas superou todas as minhas expectativas sobre aulas particulares. Antes receava sentir falta de um grupo de outros alunos para interagir, mas com Thomas isso não acontece. Estou gostando bastante das aulas com o Thomas! Desde a aula experimental eu percebi que ele é muito paciente, incentivador e me deixa confortável para falar em inglês. O que me chamou mais atenção são os conteúdos das aulas, que me surpreendeu bastante. As aulas são dinâmicas, os materiais utilizados são muito bons e percebo que as aulas são personalizadas, ele ensina usando assuntos que percebe que o aluno se interessa.
