About Ilia

My name is Ilia. I am originally from Russia and moved to the United States when I was 15 years old. I am a former hockey player and am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science. I began my programming journey during my sophomore year of high school, and since then, I have become very passionate about the subject. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar and DJing.

About the lesson

In my lessons, I focus on creating a comfortable and supportive environment where students feel confident practicing Russian without fear of making mistakes. I adapt each lesson to the student’s goals, whether that’s conversation, grammar, or pronunciation, and I keep sessions engaging and practical.
