About Sofia
am a native Spanish speaker with a passion for languages! I love to teach people of all ages and see them excel as they learn a new language.
Teaching allows me to share my love for the languages and help others connect with diverse cultures and communities. I believe that language learning opens doors to new opportunities and perspectives, fostering greater understanding and communication in our increasingly globalised world. Additionally, witnessing my students’ progress and their growing confidence in using Spanish is incredibly rewarding and motivates me to continually improve my teaching methods.

I am a dedicated and passionate Spanish tutor with over 5 years of experience in teaching students of all ages and proficiency levels. My approach is personalised and interactive, focusing on immersive language learning to build confidence and fluency. I hold a degree in Spanish from the University of Liverpool , and I have a deep understanding of both the language and the cultural nuances that make Spanish and English unique.
I believe that learning a language should be enjoyable and engaging. Therefore, I incorporate a variety of teaching methods, including conversational practice, multimedia resources, and real-life scenarios, to ensure my students can apply their skills in practical situations. My goal is to help my students not only achieve their academic goals but also to develop a lifelong appreciation for the Spanish and English language and its rich cultural heritage.
