About Maryan
Hi! I'm a native Spanish speaker with a Mexican father and Peruvian mother, so I've grown up speaking Spanish my entire life while being exposed to different accents, vocabulary, and expressions from across the Spanish-speaking world. I earned a 5 on both the AP Spanish Language and AP Spanish Literature exams and have experience tutoring students of different ages.
My goal is to help students feel confident speaking Spanish naturally. I enjoy using visuals, real-life conversations, and personalized lessons to make learning engaging and practical. Whether you're learning Spanish for school, travel, work, or everyday communication, I'll adapt each lesson to your goals and learning style.
