About Joseph
About Me
Hello, my name is Joseph. I am a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English, having lived and worked internationally in Mexico, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Alongside teaching Spanish, I am a medical doctor and university professor, which means I have many years of experience explaining complex topics clearly and helping students understand new concepts with confidence.
Teaching is something I genuinely enjoy. I like creating a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and practising their Spanish without feeling pressured.
Because I have lived in different countries and worked with people from many backgrounds, I understand the challenges students face when learning a new language. My goal is to make learning Spanish practical, enjoyable, and useful for real-life communication.

About My Lessons
My lessons are designed to help students feel confident speaking Spanish in real-life situations. As a native Spanish speaker fluent in English, I understand the common difficulties English speakers face when learning Spanish and I explain concepts in a clear and simple way.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level and goals. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have some knowledge of Spanish, I will adapt the lesson to help you progress comfortably and effectively.
In my lessons we focus on practical communication, including:
• Conversational Spanish and pronunciation
• Vocabulary building for everyday situations
• Grammar explained in a simple and practical way
• Listening and speaking practice
• Spanish for travel, work or personal development
Because I am also a medical doctor and university professor, I am experienced in teaching and explaining complex topics in a structured and engaging way. I can also offer specialised lessons such as medical Spanish for healthcare professionals or professional Spanish for business communication.
My goal is to create a relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable speaking and improving their Spanish step by step.
