About Luz

Hi! I'm Luz, a native Spanish teacher from Margarita Island, Venezuela.

I began my professional career as a Marine Biologist, but I soon discovered that my true calling was teaching. Since then, I have specialised in helping international students communicate in Spanish naturally, clearly, and with total confidence.

Over the last 4+ years, I’ve worked with students from all over the world with diverse goals: travelling, business, academic success, relocating to Spanish-speaking countries, or simply for personal growth.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to help you use Spanish in the real world, focusing on authentic conversations and everyday situations. I believe in a personalised and structured learning experience where you can progress at your own pace in a relaxed, practical, and results-oriented environment.

What to expect from our classes:

Duration: Lessons are typically 50 minutes, fully tailored to your level and goals.

Methodology: A mix of guided conversation, structured practice, and real-life scenarios.

Resources: I use custom materials, interactive exercises, videos, and practical activities that work best for your learning style.

Each session follows a clear plan so you can see tangible progress, while always maintaining a dynamic and friendly atmosphere to help you speak with confidence.

Luz is an outstanding teacher! I had the pleasure of being her student for about six months, and during that time, she helped me make incredible progress in Spanish. Thanks to her guidance, speaking with others in Spanish has become effortless for me. I highly recommend Luz and her effective teaching style to anyone looking to learn or improve their Spanish skills
