About Inmaculada

I’m Inma, a native Spanish teacher from Cádiz, Spain, currently working as a university lecturer at King’s College London. I have over 10 years of experience teaching Spanish and have also taught at London Business School and the London School of Economics.

I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, and teaching languages has been the focus of my professional career. I genuinely enjoy helping students progress from their first words in Spanish to being able to communicate confidently and naturally.

Having lived and worked in the UK for many years, I understand first-hand what it means to communicate in another language and how important confidence is in the learning process. I am friendly, patient and approachable, and I want my students to enjoy learning Spanish while seeing real progress.

About the lesson

My lessons are communicative, engaging and fully tailored to each student’s individual needs, level and goals. I focus on helping students use Spanish confidently in real-life situations while developing a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and comprehension.

I am a native Spanish speaker, a university lecturer and a qualified Spanish language teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience. I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language and currently teach at King’s College London. I have also taught at London Business School and the London School of Economics (LSE).

I have experience teaching a wide range of levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners, and I work mainly with adults, university students and professionals. Lessons can focus on general Spanish, conversation and fluency, grammar, pronunciation or specific individual goals.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes and combines structured learning with plenty of opportunities to speak and practise Spanish. I use authentic materials, interactive activities and real-life situations, adapting the content and pace to each student.

Most importantly, I aim to create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable speaking, making mistakes and gradually building their confidence in Spanish.
