Perfect! Tina is absolutely fantastic! I'm so glad that I found her. As a student of German and somebody who's gearing up for a big trip to Munich and Vienna, I could not be happier with the experiences I've had during my sessions with her. She is very engaging, interesting, and all-around just fun to talk to. I feel like I blink and each session is already over because she keeps you constantly engaged throughout the entirety. For those who like more structure in their learning, she uses a great book for instruction (if you're not actually in a country in which the language you are studying is spoken then you absolutely need this) but she will also just talk to you about the things you find interesting because when you're speaking about things that matter to you, you learn much more readily. I seriously can't say enough good things about Tina, I'm so glad that I met her as I can already tell that my German has improved after only 3 sessions. All the angst that comes with speaking in another language to a native speaker goes away with how disarming she is in her approach. In my most recent session with her, she kept encouraging me to just talk about what I wanted to do on my upcoming trip and I found myself forming sentences and using words in German that I forgot I even knew! I was so surprised by how much I was actually able to convey to her. She's also very accommodating which is great because I have a 1-year-old and my wife works a weird schedule. Her house is gorgeous if you ever find yourself there. If you are looking for a German tutor look no further than Tina, you will not be disappointed.
