About LIN
I'm a native Chinese speaker and a professional Chinese teacher. I have over 10 years of experience in teaching Chinese as a second language to students from different countries and backgrounds. I can help you (especially if you are Thai) learn basic conversation and pronunciation skills in Chinese more easily.
I graduated in China, where I majored in teaching Chinese as a second language. I pursued my master’s degree in Thai language literature in Thailand. During that time, I also taught Chinese at the university for several years. I moved back to China and taught Thai in Nanning.
I am currently living in the USA and also in a cross-cultural relationship (my husband is Singaporean), which helps me understand the differences in language and culture better.
I also teach my own children Chinese at home. They can speak both Mandarin and English fluently.

In my class, each lesson is customized for each student, with clear objectives tailored to their goals. My lessons will focus on:
1.Learning new vocabulary and grammar in context
2.Correcting tones and pronunciation with helpful feedback
Practicing daily conversation and role-playing in a comfortable environment
For beginners, we will start with Pinyin and its pronunciation. Pinyin is the fundamental part of learning Chinese, as it helps you read and write Chinese characters. Then we will learn basic phrases and sentences that you can use in everyday situations.
For intermediate and higher levels, we will talk about different topics that interest you, such as culture, food, travel, hobbies, etc. You will learn how to express yourself confidently and fluently in Chinese.
