About Wanjiru
I am Elsie, a dedicated tutor based in Murang'a, Kenya, with a strong passion for languages and teaching. I love helping learners from different backgrounds, both Kenyan students and foreigners from abroad.
I am patient, friendly and encouraging. I believe every student can excel when taught with care and simple methods. I enjoy reading, writing and learning about different cultures, which helps me connect well with international students.
Teaching is my calling, I feel happy when my students improve, speak confidently and get good grades. I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your goals in English and Swahili!

Hello! I am Elsie, a passionate and patient tutor from Murang'a, Kenya.
I help Primary and High School learners improve in English Grammar, Writing, Composition and Speaking with confidence. My lessons are simple, fun and easy to understand, with many examples and practice.
I also warmly welcome FOREIGNERS and BEGINNERS from around the world who want to learn English or Swahili for travel, work, or daily conversation. I teach online via Zoom / Google Meet with flexible time to suit your time zone.
My method: I first check your level, then make a personal plan for you. We practice speaking a lot, I correct gently, and I give you notes and homework after each lesson.
