About Sree

I am a dedicated and experienced educator with over 20 years of work in child welfare, counseling, and teaching. My professional journey has involved working closely with children, families, and educational institutions, where I have guided learning, emotional development, and structured support systems.

I have a deep love and respect for the Tamil language, not only as a means of communication, but as a source of timeless wisdom, culture, and moral values. This passion reflects in my teaching, where I aim to help students truly connect with the depth and beauty of Tamil.

I approach every student with patience, care, and a strong sense of responsibility. My sessions are well-structured, interactive, and adapted to each learner’s pace and goals. Whether you are a beginner or someone interested in exploring classical Tamil, I ensure that learning is both clear and meaningful.

With a strong foundation in both modern and classical Tamil, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi, I am able to support students from diverse backgrounds comfortably.

I maintain a professional, supportive, and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident to learn, ask questions, and grow. My goal is not just to teach Tamil, but to help students appreciate its richness, cultural depth, and guiding values.

You can expect a reliable, respectful, and enriching learning experience in every session.

I am a native Tamil educator with over 20 years of experience in child welfare, counseling, and holistic education. My teaching goes beyond language instruction. I guide learners into the depth of Tamil as a living tradition of knowledge, culture, and moral understanding.

I specialize in classical and ancient Tamil, with deep familiarity in foundational literary works such as Kambaramayanam, Purananuru, writings of Subramania Bharati etc. Through these, I help learners understand not only the language, but also its philosophical depth, ethical values, and cultural richness.

With strong proficiency in English and Hindi, I am able to effectively teach students from diverse backgrounds, including international learners and Tamil diaspora families. I also hold a Diploma in Computer Applications, ensuring smooth and comfortable online teaching sessions.

My Teaching Approach

My approach is holistic, structured, and rooted in traditional Tamil wisdom, while remaining accessible and engaging for modern learners.

I offer:

Spoken Tamil for real-life communication
Reading and writing with clear, step-by-step guidance
Classical Tamil learning with interpretation of literary and scriptural texts
Integration of culture, values, and moral understanding within language learning

For children, I create a supportive and value-based learning environment, helping them connect with Tamil as both a language and a way of thinking.

>Structure of My Classes

Each class is designed to be calm, engaging, and effective:

Revision of previous concepts
Introduction to new lesson (language / text / meaning)
Guided practice (conversation, reading, or exercises)
Discussion and interpretation (especially for classical texts)
Recap and reinforcement

>What Makes My Teaching Unique
Expertise in ancient Tamil literature and original texts
Ability to teach both spoken Tamil and classical Tamil
Integration of morality, culture, and philosophy into learning
20+ years of experience in child development and counseling
Multilingual communication (Tamil, English, Hindi)
Comfortable and structured online teaching approach

I do not just teach Tamil—I help students experience its depth, beauty, and wisdom.

> Who My Classes Are For
Children (especially international/NRI students)
School and college students
