About Seamus
Too many teachers overlook the basics when explaining mathematical or physical processes. Lots of good scientists and mathematicians are lost because of this! I will ensure you have a strong understanding of the subject and take you from that point and push you to answer questions you thought you could never answer.
I am a recent graduate who knows how the current education system works - my younger sister was in the first year of the 1-9 graded GCSEs so I am very familiar with the format.

I focus on explaining the basics of a problem before tackling the more complicated aspects. This helps students to fully understand the rules and methods that they are using. The complicated aspects then seem easier somehow.
Lesson duration: 1 hour
No formal tutor qualification. I have 2 years experience as a voluntary teaching assistant at my secondary school. I teach mathematics and physics up to GCSE level. Any age.
