• Expert in treating patient through yoga and naturopathy and stimulate the self healing mechanism of the body
.Demonstrated correct yoga asana to students according to their medical condition integrated with diet therapy also
• Also conduct pranayam ,meditation and relaxation class which helps to setup the equilibrium between body mind and soul .
I'm an professional yoga and naturopathy doctor with over 4 years of experience in field of teaching hath yoga . Eager to spread awareness by my teaching about the benefit of practising yoga on regular basis in preventing various life style and stress disorder .Being a doctor and completed my bachelor of naturopathy and yoga science from institute of medical science ,Banaras Hindu university is having a vision to integrate yogic and naturopathic principle in day to day life of people of all age group which help them to achieve a drug less cure to all there chronic problem like pain, sciatica , constipation, hyperacidity,stress, anxiety ,diabetes hypertension and many more lifestyle disorder.
