About Raghav

I enjoy when I see my students making progress. When that happens I usually see this particular expression on their faces that say: “Yes, I have done it”. I feel very good when they are able to solve problems they thought will never do! All my students are unique. Having successfully cracked IIT JEE twice, I can understand the struggles one faces while his/her preparation for competitive entrance exams. During my own preparation, graduation (from IIT Kharagpur in Electrical Department) and working in corporate world and coaching centers, I have learned lot of techniques which can ease your preparation and make it very organized. I can teach Math and Physics for grade 7 to 12 (CBSE, IB, IGCSE and ICSE) along with preparation for IIT JEE (Mains and Advanced), SAT, BITSAT and Olympiads. I can teach A-level math also. I am also available to the students for helping them in their home works and assignments. I organize online practice tests, if required, to give them hands-on experience of the actual exam which they are going to face in future. I help them to learn the main funda of the subject and not just cram formulas. Learning is fun and adventurous, if done with proper spirit. Students are comfortable with me and see me as a good friend, subject expert and guide than a strict teacher. Do let me know if I can help you in some way...

About the lesson

For every subject, we will have 3 classes per week (duration of 1 - 1:15hrs)
The teaching process I follow is:
1) Explain why we are learning a concept and teach it with practical and relevant examples which helps them to learn the main funda of the subject and not just cram formulas.
2) Application of the concept to solve questions (including some previous years board and JEE)
3) Give some questions and problems to the students to get familiar with the concept and application
4) Be available for helping them individually if they face problem anywhere
5) Once or twice a month online exam to make them familiar with giving online exams which helps them a lot during actual exam.
6) Encourage, inspire and support the students, whenever needed.
