About Gerardo
Hi! My name is Gerardo, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics at the college level. My passion for math comes from understanding how abstract theories can be applied to real-world situations and helping others see that math is not as intimidating as it may seem.
As a tutor, my goal is to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through challenges at their own pace. I believe that every student is capable of succeeding in math with the right guidance, patience, and practice. Rather than focusing only on memorization, I help students develop a deeper understanding of concepts so they can confidently solve problems on their own.

As a college student currently pursuing a mathematics degree, my approach to tutoring is centered around helping students truly understand math instead of just memorizing formulas. My studies focus heavily on learning abstract mathematical theory, applying those ideas to real-world situations, and strengthening understanding through consistent practice until the concepts become second nature. I bring that same approach into every tutoring session.
