About Dhriti

Hi, I'm Dhriti!

I'm a Comp Sci student at Acadia University with experience as both a Teaching Assistant and Peer Tutor. I am passionate about helping students build confidence in Math, Statistics, and Computer Science by making challenging concepts easier to understand.

As a tutor, I create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to develop strong problem-solving skills and a deeper understanding of the subject.

Through my work as a university Teaching Assistant and Tutor, I have helped students with coursework, assignments, exam preparation, and programming concepts. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to meet each student's individual needs and goals.

Whether you're looking to strengthen your fundamentals, prepare for an upcoming test, or gain confidence in a subject you've been struggling with, I'm here to help you succeed. Together, we can make learning more enjoyable, effective, and rewarding.

About the lesson

I believe every student can succeed when concepts are explained in a way that matches their learning style. My teaching approach focuses on building a strong understanding of fundamentals rather than memorizing solutions. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and develop confidence in solving problems independently.

What Sets Me Apart
As an Acadia University Teaching Assistant and Peer Tutor in Computer Science and Statistics, I regularly help students understand challenging concepts and improve their academic performance. Having recently completed many of these courses myself, I understand the common difficulties students face and can explain topics in a relatable and approachable way.
