Excellent! Jessica is an expert and excellent teacher and I will detail my experience with her. She helped me once with one of my assignment when she reviewed my work before submission and I got higher marks following her comments. She can help you plan, write, and review your assignment. Plus, she has the ability to balance between meeting your needs and the required time and budget. However, I did not complete the second session with her, and I will explain why. We agreed on a time and then she asked me to start in 15 minutes so that she can watch /listen the news and I agreed. We started the class then in the middle she told me that it would be completed tomorrow. I asked her to put off the remaining minutes for another time in the future upon my request and she agreed. Some days later, I asked her to complete the class, and she told me that there were 30 minutes left. I thought we perhaps had more minutes remainig, but she got offended by that and thought I didn't trust her. She refused to complete the paid class and accused me of being rude, even though I told her that she misunderstood me and that my mother tongue is not English. After that, I apologized to her and tried to make it clear that I did trust her and selected her among the rest of the tutors. She accepted my apology at last and agreed to complete the class. But I did not complete as I felt upset. It was the first time to be described as rude. I deal with different tutors and expect them to be more paitient and understanding when dealing with foreign students.
