About Christophe
J teaches tennis competitions and physical training high level since 1986. Tennis: 50 players 15 players second series between 0 and 15 and between 0 and -30, and 10 players on the international circuit. And I have works in Moscow with Russian CSKA and female players. Physical preparation: I take care of the France team chess and particularly from 3 great teachers in the 50 best players in the world. S courses open to all levels. The prices of traditional gym or tennis or physical preparation associated with reflections, philosophical methods and aphorisms last 1:30. We integrate the physical exercises to philosophical exercises.
