About Kate
I have been dancing since I was a kid, went to school for a BFA in Musical Theatre/Acting and toured with The Phantom of the Opera as one of the Ballet Girls. I have been teaching Pilates and Melt in NYC for a couple years and love helping my clients get out of pain and back into enjoying their lives!
