About Tanishq
I graduated from high school in 2015 with an ATAR of 99.80 (IB score of 42 with a grade of 7/7 in HL Chemistry, HL Mathematics, HL Geography and SL Physics). Prior to starting medicine, I completed a year of BMedSci at Flinders University with a GPA of 7.0.
[High School]
I am happy to be a tutor for IB or other high school level Chemistry (eg. HSC), as well as provide guidance and advice for IB Mathematics (SL and HL), Physics, Geography. I also received a grade A in Theory of Knowledge (10/10 in the presentation and A in the essay) so I'm happy to guide you through this.
[University]
I can tutor for most first and second-year medical science subjects for BMedSci at Flinders University, as well as general university first-year level chemistry. I received HDs for all of these subjects. Please contact me for more details.
[UMAT ]
I sat UMAT 2017 and achieved a score in the 96th percentile (61/53/75). I've done extensive research into undergraduate university admissions and so am happy to guide you through this challenging process. I'm also happy to tutor for section 3 of the exam.
[GAMSAT]
I sat the GAMSAT in September this year (2017) and achieved a score of 76 (100th percentile), with section scores of 65/72/84 for S1, S2 and S3 respectively. As a result, I am happy to provide tips, advice, and support for anyone willing to sit the exam.
I have particular strengths in the science section (especially chemistry and biology), and would probably be of most help here (tutoring for $50 an hour). I am willing to go through any areas you are struggling with, if it is within my area of expertise, and if it isn't, I am happy to direct you to additional resources which may be of help.
I also achieved an excellent result in the essay section, and so am willing to give advice for this. I am happy to provide detailed feedback for your essays at an extremely reasonable rate ($50 for 2 essays or $30 for 1 essay) so that you can practice effectively without going over your budget.
Finally, I'm happy to support you throughout your journey, and am willing to help you if you struggle with anything else that's within my realm.

I am a first year Medical student at the University of Newcastle. I am offering tutoring and guidance for IB, UMAT and GAMSAT (particularly in terms of the Science and Essay sections).
My teaching methodology is flexible and depends on the individual needs of the student. I usually like my students to let me know beforehand what they’d like to go through in our lesson. From this I prepare a slideshow with an outline of what we will go through. I use electronic tools such as Zoom along with my tablet and stylus to ensure efficient online lessons which I can send to my students after the session. For more details please contact me.
