About Sushan
Although my academic background is in Biochemistry, Genetics and Biotechnology, I have a strong foundation in science, particularly biochemistry and chemistry, which I enjoy teaching. Alongside science, I have always had a particular interest in Maths, especially trigonometry and statistics. I enjoy understanding how mathematical concepts work and how they can be applied to real-world problems. Studying statistics as part of my degree further strengthened this interest. I hope to share my enthusiasm for both subjects by making them easier to understand, engaging to learn, and enjoyable to explore.

I teach Maths and Science to GCSE and A-level students, focusing on building a strong conceptual understanding before exploring real-world applications. I introduce useful shortcuts and problem-solving techniques, followed by practice questions to reinforce learning. With two years of experience teaching Maths, Science, and English to students in Years 7–9 in India, I tailor my 60–90-minute lessons to each student’s needs and pace, helping them understand concepts clearly, build confidence, and solve problems independently.
