About Matilda
I believe that when we are at peace with ourselves both mentally and physically, we will be able to handle challenges and the ups and downs of life. I have struggled in the past to find balance myself but have reached a place where I want to share my knowledge and what has worked for me personally. My university degree in psychology gave me a great base and I have since built knowledge and skills that I will use to help my students.
