About Akash
Hi, I'm Akash, a National-Level Boxer, NIS Certified Coach, and founder of BOX AND FIT CLUB.
With over 8 years of boxing experience, I specialize in helping people lose fat, build strength, improve fitness, and develop confidence through boxing-based training.
As a competitive boxer, I have represented at the national level and earned medals at state championships and nationals. My coaching combines boxing techniques, functional fitness, strength & conditioning, and practical nutrition guidance to deliver real, sustainable results.
Whether you're a complete beginner, a busy professional, or someone looking to transform their fitness, I create structured and engaging training programs that fit your goals and lifestyle.
