About Ruth
Hi, I’m Ruth. I’m a first class nursing graduate and ICU nurse with a real passion for helping students feel more confident in their learning. I support student nurses, midwifery students, and students in further education studying subjects like biology, health and social care, and sociology. I understand how overwhelming assignments, placements, and deadlines can be. That is why my tutoring style is calm, friendly, and focused on breaking things down in a way that makes sense. Whether you are working on a reflective essay, preparing for exams, or just trying to get your head around a tricky concept, I am here to guide you without judgement. Alongside my one-to-one support, I also mentor students online through video content, study tips, and assignment planning advice. Many of the students I work with come back again and again because they feel genuinely supported and encouraged. My goal is not just to help you pass but to help you believe in your ability and enjoy the journey.
