About Archie
I'm Archie and I have adhd and anxiety, before I learned how to overcome my mental health problem's, I struggled all the time with school and general life, but I wanted to take action, so I learned a few tricks and tips to stay calm, relaxed and focused, and my next step is to help others whilst helping myself to controll my anxiety alot more
