Hello! I'm a graduate of Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) with a passion for helping students learn and grow. I believe that every student has the ability to succeed when given the right guidance, encouragement, and learning environment.
As a tutor, I am patient, reliable, and committed to providing lessons that are clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I take the time to explain concepts step by step, ensuring that my students build confidence as they progress. My goal is not only to help students improve their academic performance but also to develop their problem-solving skills and love for learning.
In addition to teaching Mathematics, I also offer beginner guitar lessons for those who want to learn basic chords. I enjoy sharing my knowledge in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
I value professionalism, punctuality, and open communication with both students and parents. As a NORSU graduate, I believe that learning should be simple, engaging, and enjoyable. My teaching approach focuses on building a strong understanding of concepts rather than just memorizing answers. I encourage students to ask questions, practice regularly, and learn at their own pace in a supportive and friendly environment.
For Mathematics, I teach practical problem-solving skills and explain how math is used in everyday life, helping students gain confidence in topics such as basic arithmetic, algebra, and other foundational concepts.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review of previous topics, followed by introducing a new concept through clear explanations and examples. We then work on guided practice together before ending the session with independent exercises and feedback to reinforce learning.
What sets me apart is my patience, encouraging attitude, and commitment to making lessons easy to understand. I adapt my teaching style to each student's learning needs and create a positive environment where they feel comfortable learning and improving.
