About Vaibhav
I've never believed in teaching answers. I teach the questions that make answers obvious.
My approach is simple: if a student can't explain it back to me in plain English using something from their own life, we haven't understood it yet. We've just memorised it. And memorised things don't last.
Every concept I teach gets broken down until it clicks — through everyday examples, visual thinking, and the kind of back-and-forth that makes a student realise they knew more than they thought. I ask a lot of "why" questions. I encourage students to ask even more.
I don't move on until the idea is genuinely owned — not performed.
Recap questions, real-world applications, and honest conversation replace rote drills in everything I do. The goal is never to get through the material. It's to make sure the material gets through to them.
This is the same philosophy behind Crucible — the AI studio I founded for students who are ready to stop consuming and start building.
