About Sebastian
I am a physical education teacher with a master's degree in Sports Training. I worked 5 years in the Chilean Olympic Committee and later 5 years in the Chilean Paralympic Committee. I have worked with different Olympic and Paralympic national teams, especially soccer and people with disabilities. Currently dedicated mainly to carrying out Sports Training classes in Universities and carrying out personalized training or in groups.

My teaching method is comprehensive, understanding the human body as a united whole, which implies a work of physical, nutritional and mental preparation, so that everything is evaluated and controlled monthly to identify progress in each area, which influences the whole organism.
