About Yixuan
Hello I'm Yixuan, a Computer Science undergraduate at the National University of Singapore (NUS). I've always loved how programming combines creativity with logical problem-solving; it's a skill that opens doors in almost every field today, and I'd love to help others discover that for themselves.
I decided to start tutoring because I genuinely enjoy explaining concepts and helping others have those "aha" moments when something finally clicks. I know how intimidating coding can feel at first when everything looks like a wall of strange symbols. My goal is to make the learning process feel approachable, encouraging, and even fun!

My lessons focus on the fundamentals: how code works, basic logic, writing your first programs, and building confidence step by step. We'll mainly use Python which is a great starting point. Each session runs about 2 hours, with hands-on practice so you actually write code rather than just watch. I keep things patient, clear, and jargon-free, because I remember what it felt like to be a beginner. Lessons are available online via Zoom or in-person across Singapore, with flexible scheduling. Whether you're a curious kid, a student exploring coding for the first time, I'd be happy to guide you through the basics!
