About Sumaiya
I have recently completed my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with 75.3%, and I scored 96.5% in my intermediate studies. Since my school days, I have enjoyed speaking and expressing my ideas. I have taken part in several speech competitions and given presentations during both intermediate and degree, which helped me develop strong communication and public-speaking skills.
I am also a content creator and health educator. I enjoy creating content about health education, fitness, nutrition, and the nutritional values that support a healthy lifestyle. I am confident, friendly, and comfortable connecting with people. Along with my subject knowledge, I have good computer skills, including MS Excel. I believe in building a positive and friendly relationship with students so they feel comfortable learning, asking questions, and improving with confidence.

I teach in a friendly and supportive way, based on how each student understands best. I do not want students to only memorize what is written in the textbook. Instead, I focus on helping them understand the meaning behind every concept.
In my classes, students can ask questions comfortably and clear their doubts without feeling shy. I use simple explanations, real-life examples, and interesting facts to make lessons easier to understand and more enjoyable. My aim is to help students learn with confidence and remember the subject because they truly understand it.
