My name is Shawn, and I am a dedicated and results-driven elementary educator with several years of experience supporting student growth in mathematics. Over the past two years, I have helped my 4th grade class achieve a 96% pass rate in math and my 3rd grade class reach a 94% pass rate on state assessments. I pride myself on delivering clear, structured instruction while creating a supportive learning environment where students feel confident taking risks and asking questions.
