I work with students using a person-centred approach to gain an understanding of their values, goals and aspirations. I support students to progress towards their goals, while optimising their daily routine and satisfaction with their daily tasks. I support students to enhance their emotional wellbeing in areas such as stress management, sleep hygiene, communication, managing procrastination and examination preparation.
