About Michele
As a naturally chatty and welcoming person, I create a warm and friendly environment where everyone feels at ease. I easily adapt to all levels ensuring each student feels supported and confident in their practice. My caring nature fosters trust, allowing students to relax and enjoy their journey while knowing they are in safe, capable hands.

During yoga 4 kids we focus on playful poses with stories and/or craft. For seniors we focus on gentle movements and relaxation. I offer engaging and effective sessions where children enjoy playful flows and build flexibility and focus. Seniors benefit from restorative movement that enhance mobility and relaxation. Yoga boosts flexibility, reduces stress and improves well-being at any age. Lessons are typically 35 minutes. I welcome you to a free trial class where you’ll feel comfortable and supported. I trained with Yoga Vocational Training and completed 100 hours of children's yoga. I look forward to meeting you soon ️
