My name is Sofia and I am 18 years old. I finished my A Levels summer of 2025 so I am still very familiar with both the A Level and GCSE content. I plan to study Forensic Psychology at Manchester Metropolitan University and I have a passion for Psychology which continues to grow

I often use memory techniques for psychology like active recall and by testing the memory, for example testing what you remember from memory and then testing what you remember with additional help. These methods allow me to see what a person doesn’t always remember so I can see what to work on specifically with that individual
