About Jisna
Received 8 H1's in my Leaving Cert in the following subjects - Maths, English, Irish, French, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Applied Maths. I’m currently studying Medicine in UCC. Maths was definitely one of my favourite and strongest subjects in school. Sometimes, I feel teachers over-complicate certain aspects of the course, so I have a few tips and tricks up my sleeve to hopefully make this daunting subject easier for students to grasp. From a student’s perspective, I will also provide advice and study tips that teachers often overlook and forget the importance of.

I understand the importance of grinds being focused and relevant to individual students and their own needs. I will only cover topics and chapters that students request from me and ones they feel they need a little bit more help or support with. My classes are typically 1 hour long (can be extended if needs be) and will take place over Google Meet or Zoom, whichever suits better. I have previously taught both 5th year and 6th year students LC Maths both in-person and online.
