About Amy
I have been interested in the arts for a majority of my educational life & have various artistic qualifications behind me including BA HONS Degree in fine arts & Colour Theory qualification, have had slight voluntary experience assisting teaching 13-16 year old's in the past as well as worked within the care environment.
The Subjects most relevant to what I can offer include Drawing, Drawing Techniques, Painting, Sculpture, General Art History knowledge as well as Art School/College Prep
I'm very patient & always extremely professional in the way that I work with people.

In general I am a very friendly person that enjoys speaking to everyone & anyone & always ensure that everyone gets what they need & are happy with the end result. I am extremely patient & will take time to make sure that all of my students get the best of what I can offer.
My lessons will generally be structured based around the individual & what they are initially wanting or needing to learn, if it is one subject then the lessons will be directed to that one subject, if it is multiple subjects then the lessons will be split into sets so all areas can be covered.
Through these lessons each student will slowly build up a profile of course work that can be used in the future for applying to College/University
and will hopefully help to prep you all for your future further education.
My teaching methods are usually very hands on & practical as I believe teaching through practical work is one of the best forms
the writing side will involve different types of research & analysis on artists & their works as well as the individuals own work so to give practice & help with future assignments.
The free lesson given will be a starting session so can begin a teaching plan with students so it suits the individual/group
Once a plan has been established it will be written out & a copy sent to the student/s so to help the lessons run at ease.
