About Robit

Hi! I'm currently studying toward an Associate of Science degree at Capilano University. I enjoy Math and Science and understand that these subjects can sometimes feel overwhelming when a concept isn't explained in a way that clicks.

I'm patient, approachable, and happy to explain things more than once or try a different approach until they make sense. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions without worrying about getting something wrong.

Outside of school, I work part-time as a pharmacy assistant, which has helped me develop strong communication, responsibility, and attention to detail.

I'm offering tutoring for students in Grades 8–10 and hope to help them strengthen their understanding, improve their problem-solving skills, and become more confident in Math and Science.

About the lesson

Hi! I'm currently studying toward an Associate of Science degree at Capilano University, and I'm offering Math and Science tutoring for students in Grades 8–10.

I know that Math and Science can become frustrating when concepts aren't explained in a way that makes sense to you. My approach is patient, relaxed, and focused on breaking difficult topics into simpler steps.

What I can help with:

• Math and Science concepts
• Homework and assignments
• Quiz and test preparation
• Strengthening fundamentals
• Study strategies and problem-solving skills
• Catching up on topics you're struggling with

I adapt sessions to each student's needs rather than rushing through material. Students are always welcome to ask questions, go over something multiple times, or bring homework and topics from school that they would like help understanding.

Location: Burnaby & nearby areas
Lessons: Online or in-person
Rate: $20/hour
Availability: Flexible evenings and weekends

My goal is to provide an affordable and comfortable learning environment where students can improve their understanding and become more confident with Math and Science.
