About Jean
I’m a second-year student at the University of Toronto, balancing my passion for academics with a love for learning outside the classroom. Beyond my studies in math and sciences, I’m someone who’s genuinely curious and constantly seeking to grow, whether it’s through exploring new hobbies, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, or tackling a challenging project.
Tutoring has been a natural extension of this curiosity for me. I remember the challenges of high school courses and AP exams, so I approach tutoring with empathy and patience. I want to create a comfortable space where students feel encouraged to ask questions and explore their ideas. Outside of academics, I enjoy playing guitar, reading, and exploring the city. I’m also passionate about finding ways to make complex topics understandable and enjoyable, and I’m excited to bring that energy and support to each of my students.
