About Rupesh
I have a solid background in both conventional and holistic yoga techniques and am a certified yoga instructor. The Assistant Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Patanjali Yog Trust (Yoga Pith) and a one-year course certification from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic University are two respected certificates that I possess. My knowledge of yoga theory, asanas, pranayama, and meditation practices has deepened as a result of these credentials. I guarantee that each session is secure, efficient, and customized to meet the needs of my pupils thanks to my education and expertise. In addition to being welcoming and helpful for students of all skill levels, my method places a strong emphasis on mindfulness, balance, and discipline. I'm dedicated to helping students achieve more flexibility, inner serenity, and general well-being.

I teach yoga, and my classes aim to bring the body, mind, and breath into harmony. I teach using a methodical but adaptable approach that blends contemporary techniques for mindfulness with traditional yoga poses. A normal session starts with breathing techniques and mild warm-ups, then moves into level-appropriate poses, and ends with meditation or relaxation. My emphasis on individualised care, making sure each position is safe and advantageous for each client, is what makes me unique. Beginners, intermediate students, and seasoned practitioners can all benefit from my lessons, as can anybody looking to reduce stress, increase flexibility, or promote holistic wellness. I modify the practice to fit your needs, whether you are a working professional, a student, or someone regaining strength.
