About Laetitia
Hello, I’m Laetitia! My path has been shaped by a deep passion for holistic living and a heartfelt belief that true healing begins when we slow down and listen inward. Through yoga, mat Pilates, sound healing, and Ayurvedic wisdom, I help guide others back to the vibrant, grounded, joyful connection they already hold within. My approach is gentle, intuitive and heart-centered — honoring each person’s unique rhythm, needs and journey. I believe that wellness isn’t about perfection or performance; it’s about cultivating a loving relationship with ourselves, moment by moment. I bring an integral and conscious approach to my teachings. My 200-Hour Teacher Training in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa provided a strong foundation, which I've built upon through additional certifications in Trauma-Informed /Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (20 hours), Pranayama Breathwork (50 hours), Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga & Ayurveda (300 hours) and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant (150 hours). I am also a qualified Mat Pilates instructor. Mindfulness is at the heart of my practice, guiding my students into deeper self-awareness and conscious embodiment.

You don’t need to be "fit enough" or "zen enough", you just need to show up as you are.
