About Priyanka
I have currently finished my GCSEs and A-levels and am studying medicine and surgery at the University of Liverpool. I achieved all grade 9s and 8s at GCSE (grade 9 in biology) and achieved A* A A at A-level. Through my experience of being a tutor for over a year for students of ages ranging 7 to 16, I thoroughly understand school and exam pressure can be overwhelming, which is why I take it as my personal responsibility to help each student not only gain an understanding, but gain the academic confidence needed to perform well in examinations.

I am dedicated to tailoring lessons to each student's individual needs, as everyone learns differently and struggles with different things. We will identify key areas to focus on and a detailed lesson plan will be made for each student. Typical 1-hour lessons will consist of teaching curriculum content, testing knowledge in small quantities, then applying knowledge to exam-style questions to solidify understanding along with active recall techniques to ensure exam skills are developed. Homework help will also be provided. All lesson work will be shared to ensure organisation and clear concise notes provided for each pupil. Homework will also be provided if asked for which correlates to the lesson work.
