About Yusuf
I am in year 12 at a Grammar School and am passionate about maths. I have a deep love for teaching and helping students grasp and gain a solid understanding of tricky areas of maths. Through my time working in hospitality, doing public speaking and now mentoring Year 8 students with public speaking, helping them to refine and perfect their skills, I am able to easily communicate with and tutor even the most reserved of pupils: creating a comfortable, friendly and inspiring teaching environment.

I have experience mentoring younger students in my school and through this, have developed a robust and effective teaching framework for Mathematics; whilst receiving excellent feedback from teachers on my explanations to and engagement with younger pupils, thus I am certain that I will be able to offer a high calibre of tuition for your child. I will tailor each lesson to your child's specific needs and their school's exam board. Additionally, if they have any maths homework which they need help with or classwork they couldn't get their head around, I am more than happy to go through it with them.
I am currently in year 12, taking A-level Mathematics, Economics and English Literature (projected A*s and As in all); additionally, having taken GCSE Mathematics only last year and achieving an A*, I have an up to date and in-depth understanding of both the KS3 and GCSE syllabuses.
