About Richard
I have practiced various martial arts, both internal and external: Shotokan karate, Hop Quyen Dao (a Sino-Vietnamese martial art), and Yang style Taiji. Strengthened and enriched by this extensive experience, I wish to share the knowledge gained from all these practices with you through my teaching. I have already taught group classes through my local social services department (CCAS), the "Bien vieillir" association, and private lessons at home.

I am a sports instructor. My classes focus on the practice of Qigong and learning and/or perfecting the basic sequences of the Yang style. The structure of these classes can, of course, be modified to suit your needs and your desires.

Perfect! Le professeur a 4O ans d'expérience de pratique du Tai Chi Chuan. Ce qui est très rare et Cela se ressent dans sa manière d'enseigner sereine avec des explications profondes et précises.
