About Lorena
I was a teacher for 21 years in the Philippines and Thailand, teaching mainly language related subjects. I am currently a school registrar here in Canada. I had a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, major in Journalism, took some units in Bachelors in Education and some units in Master of Arts, English Language Teaching. I did some tutoring to professionals, young children and young adults.

My methods always depend on who I am teaching. With children, the conventional direct method (with games and songs), modelling and total physical response approach are often applied. For young adults, and professionals, structural approach and communicative language teaching are usually popular.
