About Saula
Being a private tutor is ultimately a very rewarding job where i get to share my knowledge in an intimate environment. Many teachers make the mistake of introducing themselves but not letting the student introduce themselves. This is a real mistake on most teacher part, because a first meeting is based on the crucial establishment of a contact between the teacher and the student. It is important to create, right from the beginning, a trusting relationship between equals, not forgetting to establish the expected respect that the student owes and that i in turn owe them.

Being a private tutor and giving private classes is an exciting job. However, during the first meeting with my students, it is absolutely essential for me to make a good impression. This will eventually allow me to break the ice and begin a dialogue to get to know the person am are going to teach.
As a student, it is not always that enjoyable to spend time with a teacher. Being a tutor is not an easy job, because my student is not necessarily willing to work with me, as the request often comes from parents in order to improve academic result.
So, during my first meeting, I must break the stereotype of the teacher who is too strict, establishing a more relaxed atmosphere. I am not in a classroom, but the goal is to give private lessons that will help students improve their skills and academic performance.
