About Brad
I am a RYT200 registered with Yoga Alliance. I studied multi-style yoga as well as a specialization in yin yoga. I am currently taking courses to be certified to be a RYT500. I love yin yoga, the Yamas and Niyamas, and customizing sequences for private students.

Based on a short intake form and a brief discussion before our first class, I will craft a customized sequence based entirely around you, and I will then teach you (or can be pre-recorded and sent digitally) and send a copy of the sequence as well for you to have.
