About Toni
I am an online coach with a diploma in Nutrition from Smart Majority. I have competed in the bodybuilding industry, winning multiple competitions as well as coming third at KZN's and 6th at Nationals. I have run previous health and fitness challenges as well as helped people become healthy in a maintainable way.

I believe that quitting anything cold turkey is extremely bad. This is why people often battle to stick to diets. The key is to slowly cut out the bad foods, this ensures that you are able to stick to the diet while not having to deal with your body going through withdrawal. I also don't believe that any food group should be cut out of one's diet. Your body can benefit from every food group in moderation. With me, you will see results and learn how to eat properly and in a way that you wont be hungry 24/7 but also still get to have your sweet or savory sin.
