About Sasha
Hi, my name is Sasha. I am half Irish and half Russian, and I grew up in Ireland. I studied Law at Trinity College Dublin and now work as a trainee lawyer in Malta. I started dancing at 22 years old and quickly realised how transformative dance can be, not only physically but mentally and emotionally. I am passionate about movement, expression, confidence, resilience, and helping beginners feel comfortable exploring dance at any age or experience level. Classes can be provided in both English and Russian.

I started dancing at 22 years old and quickly realised I was a complete beginner but I kept going. At 23, I joined a professional dance college where most students were much younger, and the experience completely changed my life. Dance improved not only my movement, but also my confidence, expression, patience, resilience, memory, and even my relationships.
My lessons are designed especially for beginners and people who believe they are “too late” to start. I am passionate about helping others grow in confidence, connect with themselves, and realise that nobody is expected to be perfect when trying something new. Dance should feel empowering, supportive, and enjoyable at every age.
